Chuck It Away If Something Better Exists is a design principle for the GetSemantic Project. It basically says that we shouldn't get sentimental about the stuff we build, and that if we make a mistake it's no big deal. The corollary to it is that if something doesn't exist, then building something is better than not building it even if turns out to be a mistake in the long run.
